Aloha! My name is Frank Silva, not Frank Shoots ;-) and I’m a photographer based out of Honolulu, Hawaii. For now, photography is just a hobby for me, but one might also call it an obsession. By day I work as a Network Architect, but photography related activities take up a huge portion of my free time.
I started taking photos back in 2014 (although you won’t see any of that work here LOL!). Ever since then I’ve been trying to hone my skills. It’s pretty amazing the progress you can make in a few short years. One of my favorite aspects of photography is the editing process. I feel that through editing my photos I can make them truly come alive.
My main passion is landscape photography, but you may also find me dabbling in portraiture, adventure, or abstract styles occasionally. One of the best things about photography is that it has inspired me to adventure and travel so much more than I used to. If I were able to, I would travel the world constantly, visiting new places, capturing them in photographs, and sharing them with the world.
